Your mountain escape starts right from your doorstep in Delhi. As you settle into your Private Cab, the urban skyline slowly fades into the lush green landscapes of the North. This is a day dedicated to the joy of the open road. You’ll cruise through the highways of Punjab and Himachal, with the air getting crisper as you ascend. We’ve kept the schedule flexible, allowing for scenic pitstops and local dhaba breaks along the Beas River. By evening, you will arrive in the queen of hill stations—Manali. After checking into your hotel, spend a quiet evening watching the stars over the snow-capped peaks, preparing for the adventures ahead.
After breakfast, your Private Cab will be ready to take you through the cultural landmarks of Manali. The day begins with a visit to the ancient Hadimba Devi Temple, tucked away in a thick cedar forest. You’ll then head to the Vashisht Hot Springs, famous for its natural therapeutic sulfur waters and intricate wood-carved temples. In the afternoon, explore the quiet charm of the Tibetan Monastery before heading to the Mall Road. The evening is yours to explore the local markets and cozy cafes at your own pace, soaking in the quintessential hill station vibe.
Today is dedicated to the spectacular landscapes of Solang Valley. Your Private Cab will drive you to this adventure hub, where you can witness panoramic views of the surrounding glaciers and snow-capped peaks. Your Himalayan getaway comes to an end today. After breakfast, you’ll begin the return drive to Delhi in your Private Cab. Sightseeing Constraints: Factors like weather, traffic, political events, or distance may lead to schedule changes. We cannot guarantee all spots if time constraints arise.
Timing: Vehicle is available from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Late-night usage may incur extra charges.
Payments: Failure to clear payments as per schedule will lead to service termination. No refunds for Blackout dates/Long weekends.
Physical Needs: Please communicate specific physical concerns in advance.

Mountain Driving: To ensure engine safety and power on steep climbs, Air Conditioning (AC) will be switched off in hill sections. AC is only functional in the plains (Delhi/Chandigarh/Kalka).
Room Heaters: heaters are a necessity here. Most hotels charge extra for room heaters (approx. ₹300–₹800 per night). These are to be paid by the guest directly at the reception unless part of your specific “Premium” inclusions.
- Local Cab Requirement: In certain zones like Rohtang Pass (Manali) or for specific sightseeing in Dharamshala/Dalhousie, local Taxi Unions may prohibit “Outside/Long-route” vehicles. In such cases, guests must hire a local union cab.
- Note: The cost of these local cabs is generally not included in the package unless explicitly mentioned.
💳 CANCELLATION & FLIGHT POLICY
- Non-Refundable: No refunds on blackout dates/long weekends.
- Cancellation Fee : Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of Rs. 1500 per person will be charged and over and above that the following will be charged on cancellation of a tour.
- Refundable Amount :
- Cancelled 30 days or more prior to trip start date: 35 % of total package cost.
- Cancelled between 15 – 30 days prior to trip start date: 50 % of total package cost.
- Cancelled between 14 days to 7 days prior to trip start date: 80 % of total package cost.
- Cancellation less than 7 Days prior to trip start date: 100 % of package cost will be charged.
- Postponement: Postponing may incur a rebooking fee. Post-postponement cancellations forfeit all amounts.
- Flight Policy: We act as facilitators. Carrier terms apply. We are not responsible for airline delays.
- Credit Note: A 6-month Credit Note will be provided for the possible refundable amount depending on the Selected Hotels and time period of cancellation .
