DETAILED DAY-WISE ITINERARY
Your Udaipur tour begins at 10:00 AM with a pickup and transfer to your hotel. After lunch, visit the serene Saheliyon-ki-Bari, a 18th-century garden designed for royal maidens with beautiful marble fountains. Spend your evening at Fateh Sagar Lake, enjoying the cool breeze and a scenic drive past Moti Magri. This is the perfect introduction to the peaceful "City of Lakes" before your royal expedition begins.
Start your day at the magnificent Udaipur City Palace, the largest palace complex in Rajasthan, exploring its royal balconies and museum. After a spiritual visit to the Jagdish Temple, wander through the vibrant old city markets for authentic local crafts. In the afternoon, enjoy a Boat Ride on Lake Pichola, catching a glimpse of the Taj Lake Palace and Jagmandir Island. Conclude your evening at the Bagore Ki Haveli Museum, witnessing the historic architecture against a stunning lakeside sunset.
Depart at 08:30 AM for a journey through the Aravallis. Your first stop is the Kumbhalgarh Fort, home to the second-longest continuous wall in the world after the Great Wall of China. Post-lunch, visit the Ranakpur Jain Temple, an architectural marvel famous for its 1444 uniquely carved marble pillars. We reach the "Blue City" of Jodhpur by evening, just in time to witness the city lights from your hotel.
Explore the towering Mehrangarh Fort, one of India's largest and most imposing fortresses, offering a bird's-eye view of the blue houses below. Visit the white marble Jaswant Thada, a serene royal cenotaph often called the "Taj Mahal of Marwar." At 01:30 PM, we begin our 5-hour drive toward the golden horizon of Jaisalmer, arriving at your city hotel as the evening sun turns the sandstone buildings into gold.
Discover the "Living Fort" of Sonar Quila (Jaisalmer Fort), where a quarter of the city's population still resides. Explore the lace-like stone carvings of Patwon Ki Haveli and the quiet Gadisar Lake before heading to the royal cenotaphs at Bada Bagh. At 03:30 PM, we drive to the Sam Sand Dunes for a night at a Luxury Desert Camp. Experience a thrilling sunset Jeep or Camel Safari, followed by traditional folk music and a dinner under the stars.
Today, we head deep into the Thar Desert to visit the abandoned village of Kuldhara, famous for its mysterious legends. Our journey continues to the Tanot Mata Temple near the Indo-Pak border, a symbol of divine protection and military valor. Return to Jaisalmer to explore local handicraft shops featuring the famous Yellow Sandstone items and exquisite leather work. Spend your final desert night either at the camp or a city hotel as per your preference.
After a royal breakfast, we begin our drive back to Jodhpur (or Jaisalmer Airport). Spend your final hours in shopping at the iconic Clock Tower (Ghanta Ghar) market for spices, textiles, and handicrafts. At 04:30 PM, we provide a smooth drop-off at the Jodhpur Airport or Railway Station, concluding your 7-day Sarva Enroute odyssey.

📋 GENERAL BOOKING & SIGHTSEEING POLICY
- Hotel Selection: As per preference. If sold out, a similar category is provided. We are not responsible for standard hotel category amenities (WiFi speed, etc.).
- Sightseeing Constraints: Factors like weather, traffic, political events, or distance may lead to schedule changes. We cannot guarantee all spots if time constraints arise.
- Timing: Vehicle is available from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Late-night usage may incur extra charges.
- Payments: Failure to clear payments as per schedule will lead to service termination. No refunds for Blackout dates/Long weekends.
- Physical Needs: Please communicate specific physical concerns in advance.
- Check-in/out: Standard 14:00 hrs (In) / 11:00 hrs (Out). No shows considered after 22:00 hrs.
- Documentation: Govt ID / Passport / Visa required on arrival.
- Amendments: Customizations during or 7 days prior to the trip may incur extra charges.
- No Show: Rooms not occupied by 22:00 hrs are considered “No Shows” unless prior notice is given.
- City Logistics: In narrow “Old City” areas (like Udaipur or Jodhpur), the primary vehicle may not be able to reach the hotel doorstep. Guests may need to use local autos/rickshaws for the last mile (Self-paid)
- Sightseeing Constraints: Schedule changes may occur due to desert weather, high-traffic during festival seasons, or VIP movements.
💳 CANCELLATION & FLIGHT POLICY
- Non-Refundable: No refunds on blackout dates/long weekends.
- Cancellation Fee : Regardless of reason, cancellations are costly. To offset these costs, the following fees will apply. If you cancel, non-recoverable expenses of Rs. 1500 per person will be charged and over and above that the following will be charged on cancellation of a tour.
- Refundable Amount :
- Cancelled 30 days or more prior to trip start date: 35 % of total package cost.
- Cancelled between 15 – 30 days prior to trip start date: 50 % of total package cost.
- Cancelled between 14 days to 7 days prior to trip start date: 80 % of total package cost.
- Cancellation less than 7 Days prior to trip start date: 100 % of package cost will be charged.
- Postponement: Postponing may incur a rebooking fee. Post-postponement cancellations forfeit all amounts.
- Flight Policy: We act as facilitators. Carrier terms apply. We are not responsible for airline delays.
- Credit Note: A 6-month Credit Note will be provided for the possible refundable amount depending on the Selected Hotels and time period of cancellation.
